Job Title: Research Analyst (Remote)

Location: Pakistan

Job Type: Contract | Base + Commission-Based

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Research Analysts to assist in sourcing and connecting industry experts with our clients. This is a remote, commission-based role that requires consistency and strong communication skills.

Compensation Details
  • Base Pay: $100 for achieving at least 1 successful submission per day, where the expert must be newly signed up.
  • Commission: $1 per submission, $100 per credit earned
Working Hours

Company operations run from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM UK time. All activity must be tracked using TopTracker.

Responsibilities
  • Send outreach emails via Zoho to relevant professionals.
  • Encourage expert sign-ups through professional networking platforms.
  • Review and shortlist expert profiles for client projects.
Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of experience in lead generation or recruitment (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • An active professional networking profile with a substantial number of connections.
  • Availability to dedicate 8 hours per day to this role (not suitable for full-time employees or students).
Work Commitment

A commitment of 8 hours per day is required (timing is flexible, but daily effort is essential to meet targets).

Understanding Credits and SubmissionsWhat is a Credit?

A credit is earned when an expert you source completes the following steps:

  1. You source and sign up the expert.
  2. The expert completes screening or introductory questions (if required).
  3. The expert is submitted to the client for consideration.
  4. The client books and completes a 60-minute call with the expert.

* Each 60-minute call equals 1 credit.

* Subsequent bookings with the same expert equal 0.5 credits.

What is a Submission?

A submission occurs when:

  1. An expert signs up on our website.
  2. They complete any required screening questions.
  3. Their profile is submitted to a client for consideration.

A submission is valid only if it meets all these criteria.
