Role Overview

We are seeking a Meta and Google Ad Strategist to lead digital ad campaigns across our brands, focusing on media planning, paid ad management, and performance optimization. This is a remote, part-time/freelance role (approx. 15 hours/week).

Responsibilities
  1. Plan and manage paid media campaigns on Meta & Google Ads
  2. Develop media plans, manage budgets, placements, and targeting strategies
  3. Implement keyword structures, exclusions, and audience segmentation
  4. Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPL, CTR, and conversion tracking
  5. Set up tracking (Pixel, CAPI, GTM) and integrate with CRMs (Bitrix24, HubSpot, Zoho)
  6. Collaborate with creative teams to ensure messaging alignment
  7. Report performance insights and recommend optimization strategies
Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns
  • Prior experience in the UAE / GCC is highly preferred
  • Experience with real estate campaigns is a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Bitrix24, Zoho, or HubSpot
  • Strong understanding of media planning, audience segmentation, and lead generation
  • Self-motivated, independent, results-driven
