Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Ads Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be orchestrating highly effective advertising campaigns across the Google Ads platform. This individual will play a crucial role in driving client success through strategic planning, effective communication, and innovative marketing techniques.

Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies:

  1. Conduct market research to understand target audiences, competitor landscape, and industry trends.
  2. Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the overall business strategy and company goals.
  3. Identify and implement a variety of marketing channels and tactics (digital, content, social media, email, traditional).
  4. Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.

The following are some of the specific responsibilities of a digital marketer:

  1. Developing and executing digital marketing strategies and plans that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  2. Launch and manage paid digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, with a primary focus on Google Ads. Strategically assess client needs and develop tailored advertising solutions to achieve their business objectives.
  3. Identifying target audiences and creating customer personas that inform the development of marketing campaigns.
  4. Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  5. Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  6. Conduct market research to analyze consumer behavior, identify trends, and gather insights that can inform marketing strategies.
  7. Creating and managing content for the company's website, social media channels, and other digital marketing platforms.
  8. Managing and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns, including search ads, display ads, and social media ads.
  9. Analyzing campaign data and using tools like Google Analytics to track and measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize campaigns for better results.
  10. Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies and continuously seeking new ways to improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
  2. A strong understanding of SEM/PPC principles and auction dynamics.
  3. Excellent keyword research and competitive analysis skills.
  4. Experience with conversion tracking and attribution modeling.
  5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  7. A passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay ahead of the curve.

Job Specification

We need someone who:

  1. Has Solid Experience: You should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Meta and Google Ads, adept at managing budgets, especially a minimum of $10,000 monthly for Facebook and $5,000 for Google Ads.
  2. Understands the Market: Your strategies are fine-tuned to connect with U.S & U.K. audiences, ensuring the ads hit home every time.
