R Technologies is looking for a skilled and experienced MERN Stack Developer with strong backend development skills to join our team onsite in Islamabad. This is a great opportunity for someone who excels in building robust APIs, managing databases, and delivering high-quality full-stack web applications.

* Develop and maintain full-stack applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)

* Design and build secure, scalable, and high-performance backend systems using Node.js and Express

* Create and maintain RESTful APIs and handle third-party API integrations

* Optimize MongoDB schemas, indexing, and queries for performance

* Work with authentication, role-based access control, and data validation

* Implement backend features such as email services, file uploads, and job queues

* Collaborate with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers

* Write clean, maintainable, and testable backend code following best practices

* Debug and resolve performance and scalability issues in backend services

* 2+ years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack

* Strong proficiency in backend development with Node.js and Express

* Solid experience working with MongoDB, including schema design and optimization

* Good understanding of server-side security, authentication (JWT, OAuth), and authorization

* Experience with error handling, logging systems, and environment configuration

* Familiarity with DevOps practices, deployment tools, and REST API standards

* Working knowledge of frontend development with React is a plus

* Must be able to work full-time onsite in Islamabad

Salary: 160,000 – 200,000 PKR (depending on experience)
