As a Senior Game Developer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and optimization of our game software, ensuring high-quality and engaging player experiences. This position offers an opportunity to mentor junior developers, drive technical excellence, and innovate in the rapidly evolving field of game development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and architecture of game systems and features, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
  • Develop and implement complex game functionality and mechanics according to project specifications.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, fostering their growth and skill development.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, artists, and producers to create cohesive and immersive gameplay experiences.
  • Conduct code reviews, establish coding standards, and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Optimize game performance across different platforms and hardware configurations.
  • Identify and address technical risks and challenges throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Develop basic KPI's, Graphic API, Ad plugins, and experience with Analytical tools SDKs.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating them into development processes where applicable.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on evolving needs and your growing skills.

Requirements:

  • Expert proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C++, C#, Java, or similar.
  • Extensive experience with game engines such as Unity Engine.
  • Strong understanding of game design principles, mechanics, and player psychology.
  • Deep knowledge of object-oriented design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex technical issues.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team of developers.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Passion for gaming and a commitment to delivering high-quality, innovative game experiences.
  • Strong knowledge of physics.
  • Knowledge of ad plugins, strong analytical skills, and usage of analytical tools.
