Medcare MSO is one of the largest USA-based Healthcare IT organization in Pakistan, with 950+ people on board. We implement best practices and adopt state-of-the-art technology tools to achieve results. We are looking for a Lead Android/ iOS Developer with Flutter who possesses a passion for pushing mobile technologies to the limits. This app developer will work with our team of talented engineers to design and build the next generation of our mobile applications. Android / iOS flutter programming works closely with other app development and technical teams.

Shift timings: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

Location: Lahore (on-site)

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality mobile applications using Flutter for both Android and iOS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries into mobile applications.
  • Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best practices.
  • Optimize performance, fix bugs, and continuously improve the app's functionality and user experience.
  • Stay up to date with emerging mobile technologies and Flutter ecosystem trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in mobile application development
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience specifically using Flutter & Dart.
  • Strong understanding of mobile architecture, design patterns, and full app development lifecycle.
  • Experience with publishing apps to both Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  • Familiarity with Firebase, push notifications, and cloud messaging.
  • Solid debugging and performance optimization skills.
