Experienced Business Developer / Digital Marketer (U.S. Market Focus)

We are seeking a skilled Business Developer and Digital Marketer to focus on the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in launching and scaling products, developing go-to-market strategies, and executing multi-channel digital campaigns.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop high-value business opportunities within the U.S. market.
  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
  • Build strategic partnerships and client relationships to drive revenue.
  • Conduct market analysis to inform positioning and sales strategies.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, including outreach, pitching, closing, and onboarding.
Digital Marketing Duties:
  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Email, etc.) for product launches and lead generation.
  • Optimize content, messaging, and user funnels for the U.S. audience.
  • Analyze campaign data and iterate for performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with product and content teams to align messaging and value propositions.
  • Enhance brand awareness and customer acquisition across digital platforms.
Qualifications:
  • 3–5+ years of experience in business development and digital marketing.
  • Successful track record in launching and scaling products, especially in the U.S. market.
  • Deep understanding of U.S. consumer behavior, sales cycles, and digital trends.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, CRM, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients or stakeholders.
  • Background in product marketing or startup growth roles.
