Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Sales Manager role at Pak-Qatar Group, located in Karachi East District with the flexibility of some work from home. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales teams, developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and analyzing market trends to drive sales growth.
Qualifications
- Sales Leadership, Sales Strategy Development, and Business Development skills
- Customer Relationship Management and Negotiation skills
- Market Analysis and Trend Analysis skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
