WHAT YOU'LL DO:- Defining the Inbound sales strategies, setting goals with collaboration of leadership, achieving the overall targets effectively.
- Identify key priorities & opportunities to optimize lead generation efforts for sustainable growth.
- Create & effectively manage the inflow of leads i.e to qualify leads during calls, carry out successful demos & assist the business prospects.
- Filter & analyze the prospect needs, summarizing it to the technical team & prioritizing tech road-map according to the customer.
- Collaboration with important stakeholders to align the sales strategies with marketing & branding efforts, creating & posting relevant content to various SM platforms to maximize customer attraction.
- Strategize & successfully execute various marketing campaigns using email & other tools that resonate with our audience & effectively promote our services.
- Turning leads into active customers by following up with them to sign proposals.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, & analyze sales performance metrics to refine strategies.
- More than 5 years of industry experience with a track record of successful inbound sales for one or more technology companies.
- Expertise in various inbound outreach & inbound lead generation techniques.
- High ratio of converting prospects to qualifying leads during calls.
- Expertise in optimizing email automation workflow, composing & sending proposals.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in leading & managing teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and email marketing tools.
- Business & tech educational background will be preferred.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
