About the opportunity
  • Acquire new clients with healthy commercials in their respective zones.
  • Function as the main contact person for city-wide client accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with all accounts in the portfolio.
  • Analyze and identify upcoming needs and opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Responsible for month-over-month growth of all assigned accounts.
  • Communicate the progress of weekly, monthly, and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports on commercial metrics, operational metrics, product mix, marketing campaigns, etc.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., monthly & quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Design exclusive marketing campaigns, partnerships, and co-branding activities.
  • Support cross-functional teams in delivering strategy by facilitating communication, resolving urgent issues, and deploying processes and tools.
  • Additional tasks/projects as they arise.
What you need to be successful
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Good understanding of the retail landscape of Pakistan.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of the function.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Process-oriented and data-driven.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, or Google equivalents.
  • Solid knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector.
  • Driven and ambitious.
  • Proactive and capable of leading independent projects.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and build process flows.
  • Detail-oriented and attentive to all process steps.
