Financial Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and tax practices, with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, expenses, and bank statements.
  2. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  3. Monitor account balances and reconcile discrepancies.
  4. Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
  5. Prepare and submit tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve financial issues.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Financial Officer or similar role in the accounting industry.
  2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  3. Proficiency in using accounting software and related tools.
  4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  5. Attention to detail and accuracy.
  6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and in a team.
  8. Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
