Position Summary:

Administers and operates the organization's warehouses, including processing, packaging, and storage of supplies, materials, and equipment. Accounts for all materials and supplies; audits goods received into the warehouse. Oversees receipt, storage, and shipment of materials, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures. Prepares and coordinates schedules for shipping and receiving materials to control the flow of goods and regulate warehouse space. Ensures the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment.

What you bring to the role:Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily warehouse duties including inbound and outbound activities.
  • Ensure all shipments are packed securely and correctly.
  • Physically review the contents of all incoming shipments.
  • Label shipping items correctly.
  • Assist in inventory audits.
  • Handle heavy objects, with the ability to lift up to 25kg.
  • Follow safety precautions and guidelines.
  • Maintain good time management and organizational skills.
  • Perform responsibilities and general housekeeping duties.
  • Assist Operation Supervisors in ensuring accurate task execution.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned based on warehouse needs.
Requirements:
  • Experience in warehouse or supply chain management is advantageous.
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse setting.
  • Experience handling reach-trucks; forklift license is favorable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications is a plus.
  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg.
  • Possess a valid forklift driving license.
  • Good attendance and positive attitude.
Additional Information:

This is an entry-level position, typically requiring little to no prior experience. Work is routine or follows standard procedures and is closely supervised. The role involves routine assignments with limited judgment and decision-making authority. Work is performed under the close supervision of senior personnel, with detailed instructions provided. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with 0-1 year of general experience; 1 year of functional experience is strongly desired.
