Loans Operations and Control Assistant Vice President (Corporate Banking)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee offshored processes, ensuring compliance with service levels and quality standards through effective monitoring and reconciliation.
  • Lead collaboration with offshore teams and provide operational support.
  • Track and resolve incidents promptly, conduct root cause analysis, and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
  • Ensure accurate transaction processing in line with banking regulations and policies.
  • Provide expertise for project initiatives and drive management reporting and data analytics.
  • Lead digitization efforts and streamline processes.
  • Assist corporate clients, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Manage team development, engagement, and succession planning.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Loan Operations and reporting.
  • Proactive self-starter who can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of loan control, administration, and reporting standards.
  • Demonstrated initiative in devising strategies, delivering value-added support, identifying problems, and proposing solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
