Email Marketing Executive - (Night Shift)

Job Description:
  • Plan, create, and implement targeted B2B email marketing campaigns to attract new business clients.
  • Manage the full email lifecycle from concept, design, testing, and execution through to analysis.
  • Write compelling and engaging email copy with clear calls to action.
  • Set up and maintain email automation workflows to nurture leads and drive sales.
  • Continuously optimize email automation sequences to improve open rates and lead conversion.
  • Track and analyze email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and CTAs to maximize engagement.
  • Manage and maintain accurate email databases and contact lists, ensuring proper segmentation.
  • Monitor email deliverability and resolve issues related to spam filtering and blacklist.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B email marketing, with proven skills and track record in the IT industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage large-scale email marketing campaigns targeting businesses.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Apollo, Mailchimp).
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft concise, compelling, and action-driven email content.
  • Experience with A/B testing and performance reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Job Timings: 9:00PM to 6:00AM - Night Shift (Monday to Friday).
