Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate based in Karachi. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through their real estate journey. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, negotiating deals, coordinating property viewings, and managing client relationships. The role also requires maintaining knowledge of current real estate market trends.

  • Excellent Sales, Negotiation, and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Relationship Management skills
  • Ability to conduct Market Research and Property Analysis
  • High level of Organization and Time Management skills
  • Proficiency in digital tools and real estate software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
