Designs, reviews and modifies the accounting system and financial policies.

Coordinates the annual independent audit including preparing financial statements which are audited.

Prepares the Annual Financial Report.

Files accounting reports and agreements.

Prepares, examines, and analyzes accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.

Computes taxes and prepares tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.

Develops, implements, modifies, and documents record keeping and accounting systems.

Prepares forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel, and directs their work activities.

Investigates bankruptcies and other complex financial transactions and prepares reports summarizing the findings.

Maintains and examines the records of government agencies.

Uses computers to enter data or process information.

Coordinates bank transactions and prepares bank reconciliations.

Job Specification

Full knowledge about Accounting & Finance function and having work experience of at least 5 years in a reputed Company / Group.
