We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Telesales Agent (Female) to join our newly formed company. As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone and selling our products and services. You should be confident, persuasive, and have excellent communication skills to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities:

Contacting potential customers over the phone to promote and sell our products and services
Answering customer questions and providing relevant information about our products and services
Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales
Collaborating with other team members to achieve company goals and objectives
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge

Job Specification

Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales or a similar role
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Fluency in English required; fluency in additional languages is a plus
