A day in the life of...Quality system implementation- Implement the quality system in all field operations
- Document and record all the quality data according to document and record control procedures
- Perform all testing techniques in accordance with Nestlé and WBI standards
- Maintain all laboratory equipment in proper working condition
- Coach and develop team members for milk purchasing according to QMS and Fresh Milk Quality Norms
- Receive and dispatch milk according to Nestlé Quality Norms
- Analyze milk samples according to QMS and Fresh Milk Quality Norms
- Monitor, record, and communicate purchase vs. dispatch loss/gain to RASM, AASM
- Control dispatch vs. intake loss/gain
- Initiate measures to minimize rejections
- Calibrate and record all glassware and milk handling utensils/assets
- Check the purity and gravity of chemicals before field use
- Ensure workplace safety in regional labs
- Perform any other business-related tasks assigned by MCQAM
- Ability to implement Nestlé Quality System effectively
- Proven track record of delivering results through collaboration with cross-functional teams
