Job Title: AI Apps Developer

Job Description

We seek a highly motivated AI Apps Developer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop, optimize, and deploy AI and machine learning models to solve real-world problems. The role involves working with large datasets, training models, fine-tuning deep learning architectures, and integrating AI solutions into production systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy LLM-based chatbots with advanced conversational capabilities.
  • Integrate and fine-tune AI models, including OpenAI (GPT-4, DALL·E, Whisper, etc.), Grok, and DeepSeek models for diverse applications.
  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models to enhance AI-driven search and recommendation systems.
  • Work on Agent-based AI models for task automation, intelligent decision-making, and workflow optimization.
  • Leverage Vision AI and Generative AI to create image, video, and text-generation solutions.
  • Design and implement AI-driven automation in CRM systems and e-commerce platforms to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
  • Develop scalable backend solutions using Python and Node.js, integrating AI models via APIs and microservices.
  • Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and Generative AI to enhance AI applications.
  • Ensure data security, compliance, and ethical AI implementation in all projects.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with LLMs, RAG, and Agent-based AI models for real-world applications.
  • Strong understanding of OpenAI API integration, including text, image, and voice-based models.
  • Expertise in Grok and DeepSeek models for AI-driven automation and chatbot development.
  • Experience with Vision AI and Generative AI for multimodal applications.
  • Solid background in backend development with Python and Node.js, including API development, microservices, and database integration.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM integrations and AI-powered automation for e-commerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB) and their role in RAG-based AI systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced AI-driven environment.
  • API Development: Ability to build RESTful APIs using Flask, FastAPI, or Django for AI-powered applications.
  • Mathematical & Statistical Knowledge: Strong understanding of linear algebra, probability, statistics, optimization techniques, and gradient descent algorithms.
