Cebridge is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be ACCA-certified with a proven track record in managing comprehensive accounting functions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, supporting business operations, and providing strategic financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
  • Manage and streamline the budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely tax filings.
  • Monitor internal controls and ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff.
  • Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate annual audits.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient accounting practices.

Qualifications:

  • ACCA certification is required.
  • Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
