6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.

7. Financial Analysis: Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.

8. Internal Controls: Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial integrity and minimize risk.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce.

2. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance.

3. Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and financial software.
