We build high-performance React-based web and mobile experiences using tools like ReactQuery, Capacitor, Material UI, Vite/Webpack—and increasingly, AIpowered tooling to boost developer productivity and reliability.

WHAT YOUR WORK WILL FOCUS ON:

• Modern Web App Development: Collaborate with the team to enhance our responsive progressive web platform—working on offline caching, real-time UI updates, and scalable architecture.
• Feature Development: Participate in planning, implementing, and testing user-facing features in collaboration with product and design.
• Contribute to Architecture: Engage in technical discussions and help shape the evolution of our app framework.
• Quality & Reliability: Write maintainable code and contribute to a robust and performant application experience.
• AIassisted development: Learn and explore tools like GitHub Copilot, Augment, Claude, or other LLM-based assistants for code generation, documentation, and debugging.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3–5 years of experience building user-facing software products
• 2+ years working with JavaScript/TypeScript and React
• Experience working with REST APIs, JSX, modern HTML/CSS
• Familiarity with design systems (Material UI, Ant Design, etc.)
• Experience writing and maintaining tests using Jest, React Testing Library
• Comfortable debugging common issues in the codebase
• Excellent communication: clear, asynchronous collaboration in English
  

NICE TO HAVE:

• Strong use of typed TypeScript across React hooks and components
• Proficiency with ReactQuery or similar libraries for API integration
• Mobile/app development experience via Capacitor, Cordova, or React Native
• Docker, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Experience with TypeScript across React hooks and components

• Compensation: Base salary ranges from $40k to $65k CAD depending on experience

REMOTE WORKSPACE REQUIREMENTS:

• You have a safe, comfortable, and ergonomic workspace and working environment - a private and quiet workspace is a vital requirement for doing your best work
• You have a reliable internet connection capable of participating in video calls, with at least 30Mbps download speed
