Role overview:

You'll build A/B tests (If you have strong vanilla JavaScript and CSS skills, we'll teach you how to build A/B tests) and occasionally tackle deeper Shopify theme work e.g custom cart pages, sections, and custom landing pages on Shopify stores. We care about clean, flicker-free code that plays nicely with any theme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Code A/B tests in vanilla JavaScript and CSS (If you have strong vanilla JavaScript and CSS skills, we'll teach you how to build A/B tests)
  • Pixel perfect Shopify theme customization: Figma to custom landing page, custom cart design, new sections/blocks, and PDP tweaks.
  • Collaborate with CRO analysts & designers to turn hypothesis docs and Figma files into pixel perfect A/B test or custom pages.
  • Setup and install tracking tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Hotjar etc. (Training will be provided for this).

Required Qualifications (Must-haves):

  • Strong vanilla JavaScript (ES6+): DOM APIs, event delegation, MutationObserver, async/await, fetch, performance-aware updates.
  • Strong CSS: responsive layouts (flex/grid), accessibility-friendly states, minimal layout shift.
  • Good debugging habits: Chrome DevTools, network waterfall, local overrides, source maps.
  • Clear written communication—can explain trade-offs, risks, and edge cases succinctly.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-have):

  • Shopify (highly preferred): Liquid, JSON templates, Ajax cart, Section & Snippets.
  • A/B test tools: Intelligems / Convert / VWO
  • Git workflow: branches/PRs, clear commit messages, safe rollbacks, code reviews.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Employment: Full-time, on-site (Multan).
  • Compensation: 70k-90k
  • Office Timing: 10AM to 6PM
  • Office Location: Cowork X, Business City Plaza, Near Chungi No. 9, Multan
