Job Title: Automation Test Lead ( Hybrid)

Mission: Empowering businesses with innovative software solutions.

Role Overview:

Join our team as a Test Automation Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. You'll design and maintain automated tests for React and .NET applications, working within an Agile environment. Our product helps large organizations govern their Projects to ensure compliance towards internal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain automated tests for React and .NET applications.
  • Ensure robust test coverage in collaboration with development teams.
  • Manage automated test scripts (Jest, React Testing Library, NUnit, MSTest).
  • Conduct various tests (unit, integration, regression, end-to-end).
  • Stay current with test automation trends and technologies.
  • Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and maintainable automated test frameworks.
  • Define and maintain test automation strategies, standards, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure adequate test coverage.
  • Mentor and guide junior QA engineers in test automation best practices.
  • Identify and recommend new tools and technologies to improve the automation process.
  • Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines to support DevOps practices.
  • Review and approve automated test scripts and test plans.
  • Monitor test execution, report bugs, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide regular reporting on test progress, metrics, and automation coverage.
  • Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards and regulatory compliance (if applicable).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • [2+] years of experience in software testing.
  • Strong hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Shaztra, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit, etc.
  • Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
