What you'll do:

AI/ML Development:

●Design, train, fine-tune, and serve models for classification, content analysis, and predictive scoring.

●Apply NLP, computer vision, and large-language-model techniques (including multimodal) to real business use-cases.

●Build video-analytics components (frame-level feature extraction, engagement scoring) and custom ranking logic.

●Integrate and orchestrate external data sources & third-party APIs (e.g., social-media ad libraries, marketplaces) into model workflows.

●Build robust data-ingestion and preprocessing pipelines for both structured and unstructured data.

●Architect and deploy scalable, cloud-native services (Python, FastAPI or Django; PostgreSQL/pgvector; Redis; Docker/K8s).

Full-Stack AI Integration:

●Work hand-in-hand with the frontend team to surface model outputs in a performant, delightful UX.

●Implement MLOps best practices: automated training pipelines, CI/CD, model registries, observability, and rollback strategies.

●Keep our tech edge sharp—evaluate emerging LLMs, generative-AI, and multimodal research; run cost-vs-performance experiments on open-source vs proprietary models.

Must-Have:

●Train and Prompt Engineer LLMs (GPT-, Llama etc.) and CV models for text, image, video and HTML inputs.

●Hands-on with LangChain or alternative RAG frameworks.

●Build data pipelines. Solid SQL and data wrangling skills.

●Comfortable with REST/GraphQL API design and integrating 3rd-party APIs.

●Familiarity with MLOps (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).

●Start-up mindset: self-directed, bias for action, loves rapid prototyping and learning.

Nice-to-Have:

●Experience with video/audio processing technologies.

●Knowledge of e-commerce or digital marketing data.

●Previous startup or early-stage company experience.

●Contributions to open-source ML projects or a strong GitHub portfolio.
