We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer with a strong background in building Agentic RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) products and working with AI voice-based features using third-party solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing and deploying intelligent systems that integrate sophisticated AI voice features and Retrieval-Augmented Generation techniques. This role requires a deep understanding of machine learning, natural language processing and voice interaction technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Develop Agentic RAG Products: Hands-on development of intelligent systems utilizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation techniques to improve performance and interaction quality.
  • AI Voice Features: Implement and integrate AI voice features (such as speech recognition, text-to-speech and voice-based interaction) using third-party platforms and APIs.
  • End-to-End System Development: Architect and build end-to-end AI solutions that leverage voice recognition, natural language understanding and retrieval-augmented capabilities.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Tech Integration: Research and integrate third-party tools and libraries into existing AI systems to extend the capability of voice interactions and RAG models.
  • Performance Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Ensure the deployment and operational performance of AI models, monitoring systems and troubleshooting as needed to guarantee high availability and reliability.
  • Mentoring and Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and participate in code reviews, best practices sharing and technical leadership within the Engineering Team.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related fields, with a strong focus on natural language processing, machine learning and conversational AI.
  • Proven experience with Agentic RAG models and building retrieval-based systems.
  • Experience integrating AI voice features (speech recognition, text-to-speech and voice assistants) using third-party tools
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure) for deploying AI systems.
  • Familiarity with voice APIs and SDKs.
  • Expertise in data structures, algorithms and model optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency in integrating third-party AI/ML tools to create robust voice-based features and agentic systems.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for building innovative AI products.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in an agile development environment with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in early-stage startups or growth-stage SaaS companies.
  • Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Segment or similar workflow automation platforms.
  • Exposure to growth hacking or sales engineering
