Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for a Sales Specialist located in Multan. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing the sales process, providing customer service, conducting sales training, and supporting sales management. The role involves daily interaction with customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions to achieve sales targets.
Location: Onsite – Gulgasht Colony, Multan
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Basic knowledge in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to conduct Sales Training and support team development
- Basic familiarity with computer tasks (Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Chrome, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in the US Sales industry is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients over the phone to promote products/services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Accurately document interactions and progress using basic computer tools.
