
Sales Territory Specialist

Sales Territory Specialist is responsible for driving sales growth within their assigned territory by focusing on brand and SKU-level performance.
The role involves managing distribution setup, maintaining customer relationships, ensuring effective operations, and driving product penetration in the market.
You will be tasked with developing and executing field sales plans, implementing trade programs, monitoring market trends, providing market intelligence, and collaborating with the team to adapt to changes and counter competition.
- Key responsibilities include achieving territory sales targets (primary & secondary) by town, by brand, and by SKUs
- Manage distribution setup and maintain effective customer relationships
- Ensure excellence in distribution operations to drive product penetration within the trade universe in the assigned territory
- Responsible for developing and implementing field sales plans of the assigned territory
- Communication and implementation of trade programs in the market
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities to gain market share
- Provide market intelligence on a regular basis to counter competition activities
- Must be a team player who is able to successfully operate in a team environment and is adaptable to change
- Preparing and presenting reports to the sales team and leadership
Required skills and qualifications include:
- A minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the FMCG industry
