Job Title: Bark Front Sales Specialist

Target: $8000 to $15000

Timings: 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM

Shift: On-site, Night

Overview:

Tronics Digital Pvt Ltd is in search of a talented and motivated individual for the post of Bark Front Sales Specialist to lead the team. The ideal candidate should have proven years of Design Sales experience. This position requires strong communication skills, verbal selling, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Make calls and promote the company's services.
  • Deal with customers in a friendly and attentive manner.
  • Ensure monthly sales targets.
  • Ensure timely follow-up.
  • Manage and nurture a pipeline of leads, promptly following up with potential clients in a professional manner.
  • Convert Bark-generated leads into sales by effectively communicating the unique value proposition of our design services.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and work closely with the team to maximize customer value.

Requirements:

  • Proven years of experience in Front Sales, preferably within the web, design, and development sector.
  • A verifiable and impressive history of achievements in the design and development industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle both front sales and upselling strategies effectively.
  • Proficient negotiation and closing skills, leveraging a consultative selling approach.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work on the night shift.
  • Time Management skills.
  • Ability to lead the team.
