Job Opportunity: Front Seller / Customer Sales Representative (Night Shift)

Location: On-site

Job Type: Full-time

Mindwave is seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Front Seller / Customer Sales Representative during the night shift. This role involves representing our IT services — including web design, mobile apps, social media marketing, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet monthly sales targets of $15,000 to $20,000
  • Greet and assist customers professionally and enthusiastically
  • Guide clients in selecting suitable digital services (Web, Mobile Apps, SMM, etc.)
  • Accurately process sales transactions and manage client accounts
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk environment
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Handle lead generation platforms like PPC, Bark, and SMM
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in IT/software sales preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Tech-savvy with experience in marketing platforms (PPC, Bark, etc.)
  • Professional appearance and proactive attitude
  • Flexible for night shifts and weekend availability
