We are seeking a Technical Support Agent with exceptional English speaking skills and experience with SQL programming language.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and manage end-user inquiries via Zendesk, ensuring timely resolution within SLA.
  • Report and document bugs accurately for escalation.
  • Escalate complex issues to the Support Team Manager or relevant departments.
  • Reset user passwords and advise on password policies.
  • Maintain records of interactions and resolutions.
  • Communicate professionally and clearly with end-users.
  • Follow up on issues until resolution.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems preferred.
  • Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge.
  • Experience in technical support preferred.

Education and Experience:

  • 1-2 years in a technical support role preferred.
