Marketing Coordinator And Digital Analyst

We are seeking a technology savvy Marketing Coordinator, who has experience in Digital Analytics and Inbound Marketing. We're looking for an exceptionally creative, data-driven, and customer-centric marketing coordinator who wants to be a part of a fast-growing environment. The ideal candidate would be comfortable in coordinating marketing functions for a FMCG company as well as have a clear understanding of CRM, analytics, and inbound marketing. Job Specification

Participate in the development of and is responsible for maintaining all marketing resource materials - brochures, photographs, files, presentations, POS material, promotion material.
Track sales, maintain calendars & databases, and prepare marketing reports and presentations.
Research, analyze and maintain competitive and industry information.
Inbound marketing: List management, CRM, and responsible for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of all email mail-outs, campaign planning, email strategy and post campaign analysis.
Use various analytic tools including Google Analytics, Kissmetrics, etc. to gain insight about online consumer behavior and report the same.
Ensure that the brand is clearly defined internally and externally, and consistently applied throughout all communications, advertisements and outreach efforts, and the product experience itself.
Perform analysis and report on all marketing initiatives and promotions.
Plan meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.
Other job-related activities as requested.
Work closely with the Field Marketing Manager to facilitate their marketing strategies and plans.

Other Requirements

Minimum Bachelors Degree from a Top Tier Pakistan University (IBA/LUMS) or an International University in the field Marketing, Communication, Analytics, Online Marketing, Business or related field.
Superior academic record with fluent written and spoken English.
3-10 years marketing experience in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods company or a digital/interactive agency.
Karachi based position with possible international travel.
