Job Description

We are looking for an experienced digital marketing analyst to support our Global Digital Marketing team. Your responsibilities will include tracking online marketing trends, collecting, analyzing and visualizing digital marketing data, developing campaign strategies, optimizing and reporting online campaign performance, and communicating with various stakeholders.

To be successful as a digital marketing analyst, you should have strong technical skills and be able to present actionable insights to inform digital marketing strategies. A top-notch digital marketing analyst should also have excellent analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and work well within a team – a real team player

Responsibilities

  • Support development of Digital Marketing Analytics & Data Strategy.
  • Collect and analyze customer, marketing, and web behavioral data.
  • Review and test campaigns, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities to increase campaign performance.
  • Develop and present learnings from your analyses, including actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Develop digital campaign and web measurement strategies including tag management.
  • Create dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports.
  • Monitor and analyze digital media and marketing trends.
  • Communicate and present to colleagues, senior managers, and clients.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with digital marketing analytics and reporting tools, including Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio/Lookerstudio and other visualization tools.
  • 5+ years of deep knowledge of digital marketing across Social Media, Google Ads, Display, and Programmatic platforms.
  • Experience working with data lakes and data platforms for marketing purposes.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
