Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility
  • Responsible and accountable for the coordinated management of multiple related projects concurrently.
  • Takes ownership and drives each assigned program to a successful completion.
  • Assesses and monitors project issues and risks; develops appropriate mitigation plans, coordinates internal and external resources, escalates per established procedures, to ensure problems are resolved timely and to the client's satisfaction.
  • Defines and initiates projects, assigns project managers to manage cost, schedule and performance of component projects, while working to ensure the ultimate success and acceptance of the program.
  • Accountable for the financial performance of the program, enabling NCR to realize tangible business value and meet the identified business objectives.
  • Maintains continuous alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives and recommends modifications to enhance effectiveness toward business results or strategic intent.
  • Responsible for determining and coordinating the sharing of resources among constituent projects for the overall benefit of the program.
  • Directs work, priorities and mentors team members including project managers, SMEs, consultants and other PS team members.
Basic Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a PM role
  • BA degree or equivalent
  • Experience in FinTech industry
