Research & Development

Our R&D team comprises talented Scientists, Engineers, Medical, Clinical, and Regulatory professionals working to create a healthier world. About the role

As an R&D Category Assistant at Reckitt, you will thrive in our fast-paced environment alongside expert scientists dedicated to ensuring product safety and efficacy. Your meticulous attention to detail will be essential in supporting technical dossier management and analytical lab compliance.

Your responsibilities
  • Support sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates (experience a plus).
  • Manage projects of various sizes with diligence and efficiency.
  • Provide advice and best practice guidance through strong communication skills.
  • Apply innovative thinking and entrepreneurial attitude within scientific realms.
  • Work under pressure, prioritize quality, and meet deadlines.
