In IT&D (Infrastructure Technology & Development), you'll be a force for good, whether you're championing cyber security, defining how we harness the power of technology to improve our business, or working with data to guide the innovation of consumer loved products.

Your responsibilities

• Build an effective and strong partnership with Global, Area, Regional and local management teams, and ensure projects/procedures take into account relevant Global and local priorities
• Deliver against agreed IT strategy and objectives on time, within budget and meeting quality benchmarks
• As a member of the Country IT team, contribute to the development of the Regional IT strategy and its successful implementation in the country
• Effectively manage Country IT budget
• Ensure delivery and alignment of services provided to business with Regional and Global IT standards
• Ensure security protocols to protect IT environments from physical and logical intrusion
• Provide an environment that is focused on Business and User needs
• Effectively manage external relationships with Vendors to the benefit of the company; this includes Vendor negotiation, Selection and Ongoing SLA management
• Monitor IT trends, identify potential areas of improvement, manage risks and highlight benefits

- Clear communication and adept interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting at all organisational levels.
- A strategic and analytical mindset, comfortable navigating a fast-paced, dynamic business landscape.
- Skilled in digital strategy, cyber security, data governance, and driving digital transformation.
- Proficient in managing complex stakeholder relationships and engaging diverse groups to achieve common goals.
