What is Relationship Manager Liability Sales - MMBL?
- In Mobilink Bank, a Relationship Manager in liability sales is a vital role responsible for managing and fostering relationships with individual and corporate clients regarding their deposit accounts. This position focuses on acquiring new clients, retaining existing ones, and ensuring that clients' deposit banking needs are met efficiently.
- Overall, Relationship Manager in Deposit Banking plays a crucial role in driving deposit growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to the bank's objectives.
What Relationship Manager Liability Sales - MMBL does?
- Enable the execution of sales strategy and customer acquisition process to meet and exceed portfolio growth and cross-sell targets.
- Ensure overall assigned portfolio targets are achieved product-wise CALSA / SA / TD on a weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual basis.
- Take onboard Free Lancers / Brand Ambassadors to create a deposit mobilization team of 25 headcounts for retail deposit marketing.
- Ensure targeted percentage of portfolio mix i.e. between CASA and Term Deposit is achieved.
- Achieve fairly priced deposit to support retail deposit growth on the back of multiple accounts.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with key potential clients, developing these into successful, ongoing business relationships.
- Ensure deposit mobilization over a large number of accounts to minimize concentration risk and volatility in the portfolio.
- Ensure deposit mobilization through a consistent run rate of NTB account opening on a daily basis.
- Provide the highest level of customer service in coordination with branch staff.
- Handle activities ranging from identifying clients' financial needs and providing need-based solutions to clients like Payments & Cash Management, Trade Services, Treasury, Investment Banking with help from Area Manager or Regional Manager.
- Maintain good relationships with clients to maximize the value of those relationships for deepening and 360-degree opportunities.
- Monitor and assess the activities of competitors to proactively satisfy and retain MMBL clients.
- Resolve any customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Complete any task/assignment assigned by Line Manager efficiently and effectively.
What are we looking for and what does it require to be Relationship Manager Liability Sales - MMBL?
- Hold a Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution in business administration, commerce, accounting, marketing, economics, or finance. An MBA will be preferable (subject to approval).
- Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in sales planning, management, and operations experience within retail/consumer banking.
- A good understanding of deposit products and their workability.
- Must possess knowledge about CASA & bilinear fundamentals to achieve CASA growth.
