Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive membership growth by prospecting and engaging with potential members.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and offering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct facility tours, explain membership benefits, and promote our fitness programs.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing members to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Maintain a positive, energetic attitude and promote the Club Fitness brand.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Sales Expertise: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and close deals.
  • Passion for Fitness: A genuine interest in fitness and health, and a desire to motivate others.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and interpersonal skills to engage with potential members.
  • Customer Focus: Ability to provide exceptional service to clients.
  • Self-Motivated: Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience: Prior sales experience in the fitness or customer service industry is a plus.
