We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketer with 1 year of experience in the field, particularly within the tech industry, to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and a passion for leveraging technology to drive business growth. As a Digital Marketer at our company, you will play a crucial role in implementing digital marketing strategies to reach our target audience and achieve our marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
  2. Create engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and website copy.
  3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the tech industry.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and target audience preferences.
  6. Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages.
  7. Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic visibility and drive traffic.
  8. Utilize digital analytics tools to track user behavior, website traffic, and campaign performance, and generate reports to share insights and recommendations.
  9. Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and propose innovative ideas to enhance our digital presence and performance.
  10. Assist in the planning and execution of online events, webinars, and other digital initiatives to engage prospects and customers.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in digital marketing, with a focus on the tech industry preferred.
  3. Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, techniques, and tools, including social media platforms, email marketing software, Google Analytics, and SEO.
  4. Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns and delivering measurable results.
  5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  7. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  8. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  9. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  10. Adaptable and eager to learn new skills and technologies in the ever-evolving field of digital marketing.
