Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Salesforce Lead & Support Engineer, with strong leadership abilities and a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects. The role requires playing a technical lead who can contribute individually, mentor, and review the work of 3 to 5 team members. Experience in defining solutions, creating designs including data models, and working with various Salesforce technologies is essential.

Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days in the office per week)

Mandatory Technologies: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSL, RMA, Experience/Communities Cloud, CPQ (two or more of these), Visualforce, Apex, Salesforce configuration, customization, Force.com

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Functional and development experience in at least two of the following: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSL, RMA, Experience/Communities Cloud, CPQ
  • Experience with support ticketing systems like Zoho or similar
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce deployment processes, including source control, change sets, and tools like Workbench
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (SOAP and REST) with third-party systems
  • Data exporting and importing using Data Loader, Workbench, and other tools
  • Data migration using Data Loader and Data IO tools
  • Proficiency in Visualforce, Apex, Salesforce configuration, and customization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Lead & Support Engineer or similar role
  • Proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSL, RMA, Experience/Communities Cloud, CPQ
  • Hands-on experience with Visualforce, Apex, Salesforce configuration, and customization
  • Experience with data migration tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
