General Summary:

The engineer will contribute to the Linux product team by debugging Linux Kernel and system-level issues for Qualcomm chipsets.

Required Skillset:
  • Excellent debugging skills, especially in core kernel software.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux kernel and device driver model.
  • Excellent knowledge of ARM architecture.
  • Expert-level proficiency in C programming.
  • Good understanding of Linux distributions like Yocto, Ubuntu, RedHat.
  • Strong aptitude, quick learner, self-motivated, willing to explore and work across various technology areas.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • 6 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
Education Requirements:

Master's or bachelor's degree in ECE, EE, or CS.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of experience, OR
  • Master's degree with 2+ years of experience, OR
  • PhD with 1+ year of experience.

Additional experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python is preferred.
