About the role

IT&D Senior Business Analyst, Procurement will be part of the IT&D Procurement Product group, under the IT&D Supply group stream. The IT&D Procurement Product Group will provide expertise in the Reckitt IT Product and Systems landscape and will comprise Product Managers, Scrum Masters, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Technical Analysts and others. The role is responsible for supporting and providing technical and functional expertise for all source-to-invoice products within Procurement (e.g., SAP Ariba upstream).

• Implementation of short term and long term high-level product roadmaps and projects
• Applies product management discipline to each product and manages product lifecycle
• Contributes to continuous improvement through innovative and data driven practices. Actively engages in long-term business capability automation and digitalisation roadmap for the business outcomes the products deliver
• Support the integration between products and platforms
• Ensures security compliance and risk-management of all in-flight projects within their scope
• Identifies business and technology trends and innovation that can improve the product group's business outcomes and works with relevant Innovation teams to deliver proof of value
• Embrace and enforce standardised solutions for projects, data, programmes, and continuous improvement initiatives within Reckitt

Functional:

• Sound background in IT&D, project management, demand management, resource and capacity management, and benefits management
• Business acumen with experience in procurement / P2P
• Stakeholder and people/team management skills
• Analytical mindset

Technical:

• In-depth understanding of procurement digital tools and data and analytics
• In-depth knowledge of reporting tools (Power BI)
• Experience with source-to-pay technology, preferably SAP Ariba knowledge
• Preferably SharePoint, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), MS Project Online, LeanIX, Azure DevOps, Service Now
