Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage bulk earthworks, roadworks, excavation, grading, and drainage

Oversee structural works including RCC foundations, steel structures, tanks, and buildings

Lead technical documentation — submittals, method statements, and construction plans

Apply advanced expertise in geotechnical and structural design

Ensure compliance with international standards (ASTM, ACI, BS, etc.)

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project timelines and quality benchmarks

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering (required)

Minimum 8 years of experience in civil construction (preferably mining, industrial, or infrastructure projects)

Proven leadership in earthworks and structural execution

Strong communication and team management abilities

Familiarity with international construction and safety standards
