Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team as a Civil Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of civil engineering projects, including earthworks, roadworks, excavation, grading, and drainage.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geotechnical and structural design, with a proven track record of leading technical documentation and ensuring compliance with international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage bulk earthworks, roadworks, excavation, grading, and drainage
  • Oversight of structural works including RCC foundations, steel structures, tanks, and buildings
  • Lead technical documentation — submittals, method statements, and construction plans
  • Apply advanced expertise in geotechnical and structural design
  • Ensure compliance with international standards (ASTM, ACI, BS, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering (required)
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in civil construction (preferably mining, industrial, or infrastructure projects)
  • Proven leadership in earthworks and structural execution
  • Strong communication and team management abilities
  • Familiarity with international construction and safety standards
