Job Purpose

The Admin & Security Officer manages, develops, implements, and evaluates the companywide security and risk management program according to Ingredion site guidelines. This includes ensuring the security of the facility, employees, visitors, and assets in coordination with the Manager Admin & Security. The role involves liaising with civic, law enforcement agencies, and internal & external stakeholders. The officer is responsible for security surveillance via on-site security force and CCTV systems.

Core ResponsibilitiesSecurity Surveillance & Risk Identification
  • Conduct regular security patrols to ensure tight security control at the CWP site and monitor unmanned areas through CCTV.
  • Identify security risks, analyze data from external and internal sources, and advise management on risk mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate investigations of security breaches with the Manager Admin & Security and Legal team; maintain security equipment.
Technology Upgrades
  • Oversee security-related projects and technologies, including access systems, alarm systems, CCTV, and other security systems.
Training
  • Develop and implement security training policies; ensure security compliance and communicate regularly with management about security issues.
Corporate Security
  • Continuously evaluate security situations and improve controls to ensure the highest security standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to preempt security issues and manage crises effectively.
  • Identify risks, analyze data, and advise management on mitigation plans.
  • Lead security and public relations committees as an advisor.
  • Develop and enforce security training and compliance policies.
Engagement
  • Work with Plant Management to develop and implement action plans.
  • Support leadership in embedding company policies on Business Conduct, EHS, SOPs, and other standards at the site.
Mandatory Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven admin & security experience at a manufacturing facility.

  • Results-driven with goal-setting and achievement focus.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to interact across all organizational levels and functions.
  • Strong project management, presentation, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Ex-Army/Armed Forces personnel with relevant post-retirement manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply.
