Overview

Are you a seasoned Financial Leader ready to take full ownership of financial strategy and operations? Q&N Flavors – A food brand of Dreamworld Resort, Hotel & Golf Course is looking for an experienced Manager Finance with 10–12 years of proven success in financial leadership, preferably within the hospitality or service industry. This is a key leadership role responsible for end-to-end financial management to support strategic decision-making and drive organizational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee all financial activities including income statements, balance sheets, cash flows, costing, and budgeting.
  • Manage financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support long-term business goals.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls, cost management strategies, and process improvements.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies as needed.
  • Mentor and supervise a strong finance team to build capacity and maintain high performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Finance, Accounting, or related field. ( CA , ACCA , or CMA qualification preferred).
  • 10 – 12 years of progressive financial experience, ideally in hospitality, resort, or service industries.
  • Prior experience in the hotel or hospitality industry will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Deep knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, costing, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong command of ERP systems and financial software.
  • Exceptional leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
