The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of finance and accounting experience, with solid expertise in real estate and property development. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, managing cash flow, and supporting business growth through effective financial planning and reporting.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Analysis

  • Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide insights to management.
  • Support senior leadership with financial reports for business decision-making.

Financial Reporting & Compliance

  • Oversee preparation of balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS and local financial regulations.
  • Manage audit processes and coordinate with external auditors.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

  • Manage daily cash flow and ensure liquidity for operations and new projects.
  • Handle banking operations, loan payments, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts to support property investments.

Cost Control & Risk Management

  • Implement cost control measures to improve financial efficiency.
  • Identify financial risks and ensure appropriate controls are in place.
  • Monitor project-related expenses to stay within budget.

Team Supervision

  • Lead and mentor junior accountants and finance staff.
  • Provide training on accounting practices, reporting standards, and ERP systems.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes.

Taxation & Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with corporate tax, VAT, and local financial regulations.
  • Oversee tax filings, audits, and liaise with consultants and government authorities.
  • Stay updated on changes in Pakistan's tax and real estate regulations.

Key Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Certifications

  • CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA (qualified or part-qualified) – Preferred.

Experience

  • 7–10 years of experience in finance and accounting.
  • At least 3–5 years in a mid-senior finance role within property development or real estate.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, local tax laws, and financial compliance.
  • Experience in budgeting, reporting, and reconciliations.

Soft Skills

  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Rs150, Rs300,000.00 per month
