Vacant Position: ERP Functional Consultant

Location: 1/3 CCA, DHA Phase V, Lahore

Experience Required
  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on Functional experience with Microsoft D365 (experience with AX 2012 is a plus).

  • D365 certification is a strong advantage.

Job Purpose
  • Lead the implementation, development, and support of Microsoft D365 modules.
  • Drive organizational success by ensuring efficient and innovative IT service delivery.
  • Promote the IT function as a reliable solution provider through creative and sustainable D365 initiatives.

Core Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities
  • Lead the design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of D365 modules.
  • Ensure compliance with SDLC and change management protocols.
  • Provide best-practice advisory on D365 to align technical solutions with business needs.
  • Deliver clear documentation for upgrades, implementations, and process changes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues to minimize business disruption.
  • Collaborate with functional teams, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define, design, and deploy scalable enterprise solutions.

Strong functional understanding of ERP modules in areas such as:

  • Master Planning
  • Order Management
  • Warehouse/Inventory
  • Reporting (including Management Reporter)

  • Cost Management
  • Asset Leasing
  • Project Management & Accounting
  • Transportation Management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities within the D365 environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with AX 2012 is highly advantageous.
