Last Wave Technology is seeking an experienced and proactive Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive growth and expand our client base. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new business trends, potential clients, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to management.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and emerging opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales roles.
- Proven track record of securing new business and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the software development or technology industry.
- Familiarity with various business development strategies and techniques.
