Role Summary:We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering top-tier customer support, managing inquiries, and ensuring an outstanding experience for every customer. This is a hands-on role that also involves process management and cross-department collaboration to continuously improve service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone.
- Resolve complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Ensure timely follow-ups and proactive communication
- Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve customer concerns
- Support customer service operations by identifying gaps and suggesting improvements
- Achieve and maintain service level targets and performance metrics
- Proven experience in Customer Support or Customer Service roles
- Background in call center environments—experience with Auto Insurance, Final Expense, or Medicare campaigns is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)
- Demonstrated skills in Customer Satisfaction and Service Management
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment
